The Royal Academy of Economics and Financial Sciences of Spain (RACEF) and the Finnish Institute of International Affairs held a Academic Session in Helsini under the title "Governing European economies. The financial crisis and its challenges." The session will be held in the Auditorium of the Bank of Finland (Helsinki). Tarja Halonen, President of Finland, will receive the Medal of Honor of the RACEF.
